Downloading Assets

You can download a whole folder of files as a single ZIP archive from grouped asset views on job results, project details, and settings pages.

Downloading a folder

Files in the assets viewer are grouped into folders by role or creator (for example, Copywriter or Manual). Each folder header has an archive button.

1. Open any page with the assets viewer.
2. Find the folder you want to download.
3. Click the archive button in the folder header.
4. The ZIP is prepared and your browser downloads it automatically.

The downloaded file is named after the folder and entity, for example copywriter_files_{id}.zip, and contains every file in that folder.

Tip

Hover over the archive button to confirm the action: its tooltip reads “Download all files as ZIP”. The button is keyboard-accessible, so you can also reach it with the Tab key.

After the download

• The ZIP is saved to your browser’s default downloads location.
• Extract (unzip) the archive to access the individual files.
• You can rename the ZIP after downloading if you like.

Note

Keep the page open until the download finishes. Small archives download almost instantly, while larger ones (many files or large media) can take a few seconds.

If something goes wrong

Message	What it means
No assets found for this creator	The folder has no files to archive.
Failed to download files	The download didn’t complete: try again.

Downloads work across modern desktop and mobile browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
