Terms of Service

Every person who uses a Runnit account must accept the current Terms of Service. Runnit records the version you accepted and the date and time you accepted it. The Terms identify the service provider as Double Co, trading as Runnit.

You only accept each version once. Using another device or organisation does not ask you to accept the same version again.

The Terms distinguish paid access from free, complimentary, promotional, trial, beta and other no-fee access. No-fee access is discretionary and may be changed or ended as described in the Terms.

Accept the Terms

When Runnit asks you to accept:

1. Read the complete Terms of Service on the page.
2. Select I have read and agree to the Runnit Terms of Service.
3. Select Agree and continue.

Runnit records your acceptance and takes you to the page you originally tried to open. If there is no saved page to return to, Runnit takes you to the dashboard. If you have already accepted the current version and open the acceptance page again, Runnit returns you without asking you to accept it again.

If you don’t want to accept, select Sign out. You cannot use the authenticated parts of Runnit until you accept.

You can open the public Terms of Service link from the sign-up page whenever you want to read the current version without accepting it.

When the Terms change

Each Terms release has its own version and effective date. When Runnit publishes a new version, you will be asked to review and accept it the next time you sign in or before you continue into the product.

Your earlier acceptance remains in the record. Accepting the new version does not replace the date recorded against the old one.

Company name and logo

The Terms permit Runnit to show your organisation’s company name and logo to identify it as a Runnit user, client or customer. This applies to free, trial and paid plans. Your organisation can opt out at any time through the available account settings or support contact. An enterprise order form can change this permission.

That permission does not cover an individual user’s name or personal details, Customer Data, project details, usage statistics, testimonials or case studies. Those uses need separate permission as described in the Terms.

API and MCP access

Your personal API keys and MCP connection tokens pause if you have not accepted the current Terms. Sign in to Runnit in a browser, review and accept the current version, then retry with the same key or token. You do not need to create a new credential.
