This connector uses the vendor’s official MCP server.

Connecting

Section titled “Connecting”

Open Admin > Agent Integrations, select Browse connectors, and choose Microsoft 365. The form asks for:

  • Server URL: Agent 365 server URLs are tenant-scoped. Your Microsoft 365 admin finds the per-workload server URL (agent365.svc.cloud.microsoft/agents/tenants/{tenantId}/servers/…) in the Agent 365 / Work IQ admin experience.
  • Sign in with the vendor: selecting Connect sends your browser to the vendor to approve access, then returns you to Runnit to finish. The approval must finish in the same browser it started in.
  • OAuth client ID and secret: issued in your vendor admin console; the form explains where.
  • Entra ID OAuth against the customer-registered Entra app.

Agents act in Microsoft as the account you connect, and the vendor attributes their actions to it. Runnit asks you to confirm this before connecting. Where possible, sign in with a dedicated service account rather than a personal one. The connected account is shown on the integration card.
