Introduction

Runnit brings planning, project delivery, files, people, and AI-assisted work into one system. You can start with a rough brief, turn it into a draft project with a proposed team and schedule, review it, and activate delivery without moving information between separate tools.

  1. Set up your organisation. Add clients, team members, access, rates, capacity, and brand material.
  2. Create a project. Start with Brief Builder for a guided planning flow, or create an empty draft project for manual setup.
  3. Build the brief. Add context, answer guidance questions, attach files, and refine the draft.
  4. Review the draft project. Check the proposed team, tasks, dependencies, hours, dates, tentative capacity, rates, cost, budget, and files in the project workspace.
  5. Activate the project. Confirm any required rate card or budget first. Activation changes tentative capacity reservations to confirmed work.
  6. Manage delivery. Update tasks, timelines, team access, files, costs, and project history from the live project.
  7. Use chat and Studio. Ask the page-aware assistant for help, or build custom pages, widgets, and forms on top of the same data.

You do not need to configure every advanced feature before starting. Set up the people, client, access, and planning information needed for your first project, then add more as your workflow develops.
