Vendor requirements: Enterprise plan early access; wider availability from 1 September 2026
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”Open Admin > Agent Integrations, select Browse connectors, and choose Freshdesk. The form asks for:
- Server URL: The server is served from your own Freshdesk domain at https://<your-domain>/mcp; paste that URL.
- API key and Password: from your vendor account.
