Project History
Every project keeps a complete History: a timeline of significant events, newest first. Open the History tab on a project to see what changed, when, and who made the change.
What’s captured
Section titled “What’s captured”History records events across the project, grouped into categories:

| Task | Task creation, updates, status changes, and deletion. |
| Comment | Comments on tasks. |
| Asset | Asset uploads, updates, and deletions. |
| Team | Project members added or removed. |
Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”The History tab is built for quickly finding a specific event:
- Search across titles, descriptions, task names, and the person who made the change. Results update as you type.
- Filter by category to focus on, say, only task or asset events.
- Filter by event type for finer control.
- The timeline loads more events as you scroll, so long histories stay responsive.
Each entry shows both a relative time (such as “2 hours ago”) and the full local date and time.
